This time we were invited to visit this amazing Hotel for Mother's Day Weekend and It was the absolute best gift I could have received. The rooms, views, service, restaurant, pool, and beach accessibility make this Hotel in Pismo Beach stand above the rest. Im going to share with you all the reasons why The Cliffs Hotel & Spa is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway or summer vacation in the beautiful California Central Coast City of Pismo Beach. Rooms
We stayed in a beautiful Coastal View 2 queen bedroom and it was stunning! We had a private balcony with beautiful views up the coastline. Perfect for my morning coffee provided by the Keurig specialty coffee provided in the room. My mornings started off perfectly with my coffee in hand while I gazed out toward the ocean. The room and restrooms were impeccable and we all had a great nights rest in their comfortable beds. Just look at these views!

Pool
Their pool is a heated swimming pool, with poolside service available. For safety measures, the pool has a 70 person maximum capacity (35 chairs, 2 chairs per room), therefore you have to get on a wait list once it hits capacity and they enforced a 2 hour time limit for traveling parties. During our stay we were in the pool by 11am and had no issues with it hitting capacity.
Beach Accessibility
This is one of our many favorite amenities! There is a path that has direct beach access right from The Cliffs Hotel property! No need to drive, worry about parking or have to take a long hike to enjoy the beach. You can choose to go for a swim in the ocean and even have the kiddos explore some tide pools.
Restaurant
Marisol at The Cliffs is The Cliffs oceanfront restaurant and bar located right on the property. They serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and takeout. It's a beautiful restaurant with great service, delicious food and some awesome drinks! Nothing beats enjoying a delicious meal while enjoying a beautiful view and feeling the fresh ocean breeze. The food was amazing. We got to enjoy so many of their delicious food items but look at the views!
Safety Measures
I understand that cleanliness and safety measures are more important than ever and it's evident that The Cliffs Hotel feels the same. Here are some of the steps they are taking to ensure everyone has a safe stay.
All employees have been provided PPE, and are required to wear masks when in public areas or interacting with guests.
All Decorative Bedding in the Guest Room has been removed.
Guest rooms are receiving a second, post-cleaning sanitation once the housekeeper is finished preparing the guest room.

All Employees participate in frequent cleaning and sanitation of work environment and frequently touched surfaces

Conclusion
It's easy to see why this has become one of our favorite destinations. It's perfectly located close to some of the best spots in Pismo beach but also has all the amenities you need without ever having to leave the property. If you are looking for a great place to stay at during your visit to Pismo Beach, THIS IS IT!
