Holiday Pictures
Want to take some beautiful pictures in a safe, hassle free environment?... and did I mentions they are FREE? Who wouldn't right! Well guess what, creative expert Corrie In Color, designed two custom Photo booths to be featured in Village At La Floresta beautiful Oasis plaza.
From now until December 9th you can find this photo set pictured down below called Spirits Surfing Bright at the Oasis Plaza and December 10th-30th you will find a new photo set called Baubles All The Way. Post has been updated to show you the all new photo booth Baubles All The Way which has just been released and pictured down below. The set is ready for you strike a pose and have your friend or loved one capture a beautiful holiday joyous moment. For the first set we decided this would be a mommy daughter picture so we had my husband snap away and with such a beautiful background we got the picture on the first try. For the second photo booth release we came ready with our tripod and captured this awesome and FREE family picture ourselves. You too can do the same!

Dining Experience
We paid Village At La Floresta a visit during lunch time so after capturing our holiday picture we decided to have lunch! With so many amazing options available it wasn't an easy decision but we narrowed it down to Jimmy's Famous American Tavern and it did not disappoint. With ample outdoor seating overlooking the Oasis Plaza, it made for a perfect lunch. The service was amazing and the food delicious. Pictured from left to right we ordered:
Nashville Fried Chicken Sandwich- coleslaw, mayonnaise, bread and butter pickles
Blackened Fish Tacos- avocado salsa, cilantro, cabbage slaw, watermelon radish, tortilla chips, black beans and rice.
Famous Cheeseburger- cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onions, 1000 Island (we held the veggies for my daughter)
They have a wonderful cocktail, wine, and beer selection so hubby and I definitely plan to visit again but this time for a date night! Also, fun fact I leaned and love about this restaurant is that it's a certified green restaurant which means they uphold high standards to limit waste!

Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market- If you are craving a sandwich then this is the perfect spot. These are not your typical everyday boring sandwiches! These sandwiches are created by a fine dining chef who along with the team gathers food inspirations from around the country and across the globe. This location also has ample amount of outdoor seating surrounded by beautiful greenery and also overlooks the Oasis Plaza. It gets even better! kiddos eat free all day on Thursdays.
Slapfish- If you are a seafood lover then you need to visit Slapfish! From their lobster taquitos to their shrimp ceviche their food is always fresh and delicious. I've enjoyed their traditional lobster roll several times now and always go back for more. Outdoor seating is also available. Here is a picture of their lobster roll, Fish taco, and clam chowder...delicious.
Urban Plates- This restaurant serve high quality ingredients that become flavorful meals right before your eyes in the hands of their talented chefs. They serve grass fed steak, sustainable seafood, and have an everyday $10 menu. Who said eating good food has to be expensive.
Capital Noodle Bar- If you want to experience flavors of Southeast Asia then this restaurant is perfect. With patio seating available it's another great choice.
Reborn Coffee- This isn't just your typical coffee. They are introducing the fourth wave of cleaner coffee. We got to try their macchiato, cafe mocha and a hot chocolate and it was perfect after our lunch. They have outdoor seating available however, we chose to take it to the Oasis Plaza to enjoy their beautiful ambiance and view.
As you can see there is a great selections of restaurants to choose from in this beautiful shopping center. There is definitely something for everyone to enjoy!
Shopping
After our pictures, lunch, and some time enjoying our drinks over at the Oasis Plaza, I decided to do a little shopping. Stitch & Feather has the cutest clothes perfect to treat yourself or perfect for a holiday gift.
It was the perfect ending to our day at the Village At La Floresta Center and I highly encourage you to visit. I can't wait to go back to take pictures with the new photobooth display that will be up after December 10th and try another of their amazing restaurants.
